<GRIN> Looks like I will have to extract the chapter 10 code! The editors don't seem to have it any where! Not to state the obvious...you guys are aware that the chapter 10 code is also in the chapter 11 archive?

1.The Binaries used by all chapters and chapterwise codes given below are two different things?
or the binaries include the same?

Hi Andrew first of all I would like to appreciate you about your useful book .
I just purchase your ebook via internet but there is no appendix on it a total page of my ebook is 578 page.
Can you please direct me how should I find the appendixes of this book or if it is possible for you please kindly upload the appendixes .

If you locate the book on the Packt site you will find in the lower right hand corner of the page that the appendix/code is available as a download.

Hi, book is great. I'm new to asp.net and Ibought this book and find it very helpful.Just wondering is chapter 13 the whole website completed? When I run it on visual studio the website doesn't work for me. when I run it in visual studio 2005 I keep getting this error "<authentication mode="Windows"/>" what else do i need to install, any help would be great,thanks.
